Learning Experience
-
When will I receive information to access the online platform?
-
You will receive a Welcome email one week prior to the programme's launch. This email will contain your login details for the learning platform and other important information to get you started with your online programme experience.
-
I won’t be able to attend the Programme Kick-Off and/or Live Call Sessions, what are my options?
-
The programme Kick-Off Session and Live Calls with Faculty will be recorded and the video recordings will be uploaded on the platform for you to watch later.
-
Is the programme schedule available?
-
The detailed programme calendar is available on the online platform when you receive the welcome email. In the meantime, you can refer to the key dates and deadlines on your course's page on the programme details page.
-
Do I need to be online at specific times during the programme, or can I learn ahead of the rest of the class?
-
No, the platform content will be released gradually at regular intervals (once a week). During the week, you can complete the work at your own pace (asynchronously), but there are assignments to be completed by set deadlines throughout the programme to help keep you on track. You’ll also need to complete the course within a pre-set timeframe as there are critical elements that require the cohort to progress at a similar rate.
-
How much time is required to complete the programme?
-
Depending on the programme, it will run between 8-12 weeks with an estimated workload of 4-6 hours per week. This includes videos, discussion forums, class exercises and assignments. More details can be found in the programme calendar which you can download from the learning platform in Launch Week.
-
Are there opportunities to interact with faculty or peers?
-
We offer live online Q&A sessions with faculty as part of our programmes, allowing you to interact with them directly. Save the dates for your Faculty Live Calls now, from the Calendar section of your Programme Details page.
Peer learning is encouraged but we recognise it might not always be logistically possible with global learners. Therefore, opportunities to engage with your peers vary by programme. More details will be provided in the learning platform.
-
I am unable to meet the programme requirements by end of the programme. What happens then?
-
Unfortunately, you are not eligible for the programme certificate if you do not meet all requirements by the deadline. You will still retain access to the programme for the full 6 months from the start date (12 months for participants with Premium access). If you wish to pursue the certificate, we encourage you to consider re-applying for the programme. Please note that re-application will require paying the full programme fee and restarting the entire programme.
-
How long do I have access to the online platform?
-
You will have access to the online platform for 6 months from the start of the programme. During this period, you are expected to complete the course content according to specific deadlines stated in the calendar.
Premium Journey participants will have access to the course content for 12 months from the programme start date.
-
