GEMBA Flex Programme Structure and Format
Start with a solid foundation
Begin your journey with an optional online business foundations module, designed to refresh or deepen key business concepts ahead of the programme start. GEMBA Flex officially launches at INSEAD’s Europe campus in Fontainebleau, where you will meet your cohort and immerse yourself in the first core module through an engaging, in-person experience.
A balanced, flexible format
Throughout the remainder of your core courses, enjoy a mix of live virtual classes, online learning and in-person modules, creating a flexible learning experience that fits into your professional and personal life. With its flexible format, the GEMBA Flex delivers the same rigorous curriculum, admissions standards, and transformative learning experience as the in-person Global Executive MBA, enabling participants to progress into senior leadership and C-suite roles.
Tailor your learning and expand your network
In the second half of the programme, personalise your experience by choosing electives in Fontainebleau. You’ll join peers from the GEMBA Europe, Asia, and Middle East sections, Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA, and Executive Master in Finance programmes for a two-week, in-person module. This integration enriches learning through diverse perspectives and lets you shape your journey to align with your career goals.
Real-world application and graduation
In the final modules of the programme, engage in Key Management Challenges (KMCs) to apply and refine your leadership skills in real-world contexts. The GEMBA experience culminates in Singapore, where you’ll come together with all GEMBA cohorts for a memorable graduation ceremony, celebrating the transformational journey you’ve shared.
