Beyond 1.5 °C: The Future of the Climate Transition | Webinar

For years, the 1.5 °C goal of the Paris Agreement has been the anchor of climate ambition, shaping global policy, corporate strategy, and investor expectations. Yet with emissions still rising and the carbon budget shrinking fast, many scientists now warn that staying within 1.5 °C may soon be out of reach. What does this mean for finance and business leaders? Should strategies built for a 1.5 °C world be abandoned, adapted, or completely reimagined?Join Lucie Tepla, Senior Affiliate Professor of Finance at INSEAD, for a thought-leadership webinar that explores how the 1.5 °C goal became central to climate action and what its shifting reality means for investors, companies, and regulators. This session will cover:How disclosure frameworks and climate scenarios evolved around the 1.5 °C benchmarkWhat new transition pathways could look like in a hotter, riskier futureHow leaders can respond with credible, forward-looking sustainability strategiesThis webinar also offers a preview of the INSEAD Business Sustainability Programme, which will be held in Singapore for the first time from 30 March to 3 April 2026.Experience how INSEAD equips leaders to drive systemic change and turn sustainability into long-term advantage.

Women Leaders Development - Debunking The Myths | Limitless

Women face a unique set of challenges when progressing into senior leadership positions, including unconscious bias, a scarcity of role models, and a peer group that continually shrinks the more senior they become. These can make striving for the top a lonely and frustrating endeavour even in organisations with the best intentions to support their top female talent. At the same time, organisations are awash with myths about why fewer women than men reach senior leadership levels. These myths can perpetuate flawed thinking and delay meaningful change. It is, therefore, vital to develop an understanding of the real challenges women face and how these manifest in daily behaviours and norms in organisations. In this webinar, Professor Svenja Weber will share about INSEAD’s ground-breaking research which sheds light on the true nature of these barriers. She believes that understanding and addressing the complex web of systemic, cultural, and structural issues that hold women back is essential to create an organisational environment where employees can thrive, reach the highest levels of leadership, and realise their full potential.

Leading Between the Lines | Limitless

Contemporary organisations are beginning to recognise the importance of balancing instrumental imperatives – getting stuff done efficiently – with humanistic aspirations – helping people grow and connect across differences. Striking such balance requires leaders who value humanism just as much as instrumentality, freedom as much as efficiency. But that is, unfortunately, not yet the way leaders are raised and trained. So how are we to change that? How can we develop and become leaders who can foster that balance?INSEAD Professor Jennifer Petriglieri will argue that one way to do so is through a deeper engagement with works of art in general, and literature in particular. In this webinar, she will provide and elicit examples of how such works can help leaders recognise, honour, demonstrate, and foster humanity at work, and in doing so help all members of organisations thrive.

Customer-Centric Transformation with Data & Digital Tech | Webinar with Joerg Niessing

Changing customer behaviour, new technologies, disruptive competitors, new online channels, digital trends, unlimited data: Our research is showing that senior executives often struggle to structure their thinking about all changes happening in a digital world. They often say that traditional strategies have become completely obsolete in an agile world. Indeed, in this fast-paced environment, new approaches are required. But traditional strategies are not dead – they are just transforming. Value-creating growth still starts with customers and not with products or technology. In this webinar we will discuss three customer-centric shifts that have helped organisations to transform successfully by leveraging data and digital tech. The frameworks used will give you a structured approach to build your own successful customer-centric digital strategy.

Am I good enough? Re-thinking Imposter Syndrome in Women | Thought Leadership

At INSEAD, our commitment is to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating a diverse community where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and pursue their ambitions. This webinar is part of Ambition Has No Gender - Stories of Vulnerability And Courage.Together, we celebrate the many different journeys of women at INSEAD. In a series of inspiring fireside chats we addressed complex issues women face. Though they hail from different cultures, countries and generations, each story is both familiar and unique.Feelings of insecurity at work and the nagging worry that we are not quite as smart, informed or competent enough as we ought to be or as others might think are familiar to most of us, irrespective of our gender. However, there is a perception that feelings of insecurity are more prevalent in women. In addition, feelings of self-doubt are often seen as a personal failing, leading individuals to turn inward in an attempt to overcome them. However, there’s actually plenty of evidence that insecurity is a social problem - a rational reaction to cues from our environment. When understood this way, in order to overcome our insecurities we need to reach outward, forging more authentic connections with those around us.
