The Conversations Women Leaders Rarely Have
I had attended a number of leadership and management programmes over the years; I wasn’t looking for just another general programme. What attracted me to the Women Leaders Programme was that it felt different.

Women Leaders Programme
Attending the Challenge of Leadership programme (COL) was one of the best decisions I made last year. The format of the program, in which each participant is a "living case study", is truly unique. The programme allowed me to further deepen my self-awareness, build resilience, and continue progressing on a journey towards self-authored or perhaps in the future, self-transforming mindset.Stan Zurkiewicz Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer, DEKRA

The Challenge of Leadership
I was genuinely surprised by the impact of the Challenge of Leadership programme (COL). To me, the program could just as well be called The Challenge of Leading Your Own Life. It brought me face to face with my blind spots in a way that was both deeply intense and beautifully constructive. That experience gave me the inner strength and peace to make moves that had been stuck for quite some time. I came to see—and experience firsthand—the power of knowing yourself more deeply, and how that shapes you into a better leader: more self-aware, reflective, thoughtful, and ultimately more alive and fully engaged with what truly matters. As an added bonus, I gained friendships that I believe will last a lifetime. We continue to support one another, share our experiences, and help each other keep growing long after the program has ended.Gilberto SarianIndependent Board and Shareholders AdvisorBoard Member, Amigos da Poli — Poli-USP Endowment Fund

The Challenge of Leadership
The Challenge of Leadership programme (COL) helped me become a more reflective & courageous leader in deeply human way. My transformation journey began right after completion of Module 4 of COL 25, transitioned from my corporate world role of 18 years, as Senior Vice President in Sri Trang Gloves Thailand to have my very own boutique advisory firm as Managing Director & Lead Advisory. My company was named after the theme gave to me by Professor Graham in module 3 of COL 2025 - Iconoclast = Iconoclast Advisory Pte. Ltd. I would recommend the Challenge of Leadership programme to senior leaders who are typically in end stage of exhaustion in steering the ship of the corporate world, and all you need is some "magical experience" to find the next best steps for yourself and your organisation - Challenge of Leadership (COL) in Fontainebleau, INSEAD is the "magical castle" that you need. Just spare your 1-week time for 4 modules gathering session with Professor Graham + the 25 great leaders in your COL community in Fontainebleau, and you will experience your very own magical journey, within the SAFE COL community - whatever happen in COL, remained in COL. With sincere gratitude to Professor Graham Ward and Dr. Ana Lueneburger for creating such a meaningful, reflective, and impactful learning experience for me and COL 25 colleagues. Your guidance made the COL journey deeply impactful and personally valuable to me. Thank you very much & Danke schön. :)Michelle Tan Win Cu Iconoclast Advisory Pte. The Challenge of Leadership
From Imposter Syndrome to Intentional Leadership
At this pivotal stage of my career, I felt the need to pressure-test my leadership framework. I wanted to move beyond managing complexity and start defining the strategy within it.
