Our Vision and Mission

The INSEAD Immersive Learning is pioneering new approaches to learning and research for management and business. The project leverages the power of extended reality (XR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to create transformative Immersive Learning Experiences. The aim is to develop responsible leaders who drive positive change in business and society, aligned with INSEAD's vision to bring together people, cultures and ideas.

Immersive Learning Experiences using virtual reality (VR) and AI technologies are already employed by more than 40 INSEAD faculty members and have impacted the learning journeys of over 25,000 students at INSEAD. More than 25 of these virtual cases are now accessible globally through the INSEAD XR Portal, the world's most extensive collection of VR learning experiences. This portal provides a comprehensive solution to bring these immersive learning experiences to classrooms worldwide.

INSEAD XR is designed for academic and corporate partners. Ten global academic institutions have already adopted INSEAD XR, with ongoing plans for additional institutions to join in the near future.
