Donor Honour Roll
Donations of any amount mean so much to INSEAD. They fortify our school’s mission and ensure that INSEAD remains a leader in management education. We are pleased to acknowledge all donors whose new pledges, gifts and pledge payments were received between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025. Thank you!
What our community is saying…
Generosity has the remarkable power to transform lives, expand possibilities, and shape INSEAD's impact on the world. Every contribution plays a meaningful role in advancing innovation, diversity, and opportunity. I am committed to nurturing a culture in which generosity and engagement catalyse bold thinking, accelerate progress, and enable the continued success of our unique and inspiring global community."
We decided to endow the INSEAD Climate Change Scholarship to ensure long-term, tangible support for talented young leaders committed to addressing one of the defining challenges of our time. By making this scholarship permanent, we hope to give future generations of students the means, and the confidence to act. We invite fellow INSEAD alumni to join us, by contributing to the scholarship, helping it grow, and enabling more students to become leaders for climate impact."
Our INSEAD adventure started over 20 years ago and continues today. The school has shaped our personal values and our leadership style in the businesses we have built and led. Today, INSEAD's goal to build bridges and bring people together is more meaningful than ever. We trust that our endowment to the school will enable INSEAD to continue to attract the diverse students we have always had in our classrooms."
Without your generous support, I would not be part of the July 2026 class. I had to defer from the December 2025 class due to financial challenges, and receiving this scholarship has truly been life-changing. Growing up on the rural outskirts of Lagos, I learned the value of resilience early on; this opportunity and experience at INSEAD affirms my belief in education as a path to rise above limitations. INSEAD is a major step toward my dream of driving largescale energy commercialisation projects in my country and contributing to Africa's Agenda 2063."
Recipient of the Sam Akiwumi MBA'07D Endowed Scholarship
Coming from an ordinary middle-class Malaysian family, the financial burden of an INSEAD education was a major concern. When my student loan application was rejected, I honestly thought the opportunity had slipped away. Receiving your scholarship changed everything — it allowed me to join INSEAD and proudly become the first Malaysian in the Master's in Management programme. After graduation, I hope to take on an international role where I can develop new markets and build strong business partnerships across borders."
Recipient of the Qinqin & Xin Zhang MIM Scholarship
In Mexico, most aspiring MBAs look to US schools. Your scholarship allowed me to take a different path and choose the most international business school in the world. I could not have afforded the tuition fees and the cost of living in Europe, but your generosity made my INSEAD dream a reality, and I promise to give my very best to honour the trust you have placed in me. I want to use this opportunity to broaden my knowledge so I can contribute to fostering sustainable, long term growth in my region."
Recipient of the Claude and Tuulikki Janssen Endowed Scholarship
When I was about 20, I read about The Business School for the World for the first time in a newspaper. INSEAD's vision and student interviews captured my imagination and so convinced me that I applied only there. Fortunately, I was admitted. INSEAD's global community of academics, students, and alumni has an even more important role today than I thought possible when graduating. I'm delighted to be able to help talented individuals from all corners of the world to join this community."
We support the Dean's Fund because it positions INSEAD to lead in a rapidly changing world. We have confidence in Dean Veloso's vision and want our gift to strengthen the school's ability to adapt and innovate. This fund ensures INSEAD can respond quickly to challenges and invest in opportunities that secure its long-term excellence."
We are deeply grateful to Suzano for their generous support. The decentralised economic system has been a remarkable source of innovation, rising standards of living, employment, and wealth; yet it also reveals shortcomings when it comes to people and the planet. Regulation alone cannot fully address these challenges. We must complement smart regulation with better education. Suzano's support will help us to do the applied research on how business might better integrate sustained performance and societal progress."
Health systems today are seeing unprecedented opportunities, driven by medical and digital innovation. But technology alone isn't enough. To truly improve care, we need viable business models — and we still need to address deep inequities in access and quality. The support and involvement of our many donors has been instrumental in helping us advance health system transformation."
My time at INSEAD fundamentally shaped the way I built Octapharma. Supporting the school has always come naturally to me. When the Dean shared the vision for reimagining our historic campus, I thought of a concert hall and music, my passion. Just as a world-class concert hall inspires artists to perform at their best, a vibrant and modern campus inspires academic excellence and transformative learning experiences. I am delighted we can, with the Octapharma Foundation, help INSEAD shape its future."
As our society enters the age of artificial intelligence, supporting advanced education and research is more important than ever. INSEAD has shaped who I am – as a leader, an entrepreneur, and a global citizen, it is a force for good in the world. Reimagining the campus in Fontainebleau is more than a building project; it is an opportunity to ensure that INSEAD remains a catalyst for bold ideas, meaningful experience and lasting positive impact."
With deep gratitude to the MBA'10J class, we celebrate the place where we dreamed big, worked hard, and built lifelong friendships. Welcome to the TenJay Bar, a space for laughter, connection, and infinite possibility. Our legacy isn't measured in numbers, but in unity across the world, strong fifteen years on, and carrying the 10J spirit forward."
The idea for a North American presence had been discussed for a long time. When the decision was made, it wasn't just about securing a location – it was about building something that truly connects Silicon Valley to the world."
One ambition brings INSEAD's supporters together: helping the school make a lasting contribution to business and society. Every gift — large or small — adds to something bigger. Every donor sparks others to act. And that's how real impact happens — together. Join us in giving INSEAD the means to carry forward its bold, purposeful mission!"
Chair, INSEAD Alumni Fund
The feeling of unity and solidarity that we cultivated through our MIM Robin Hood Campaign will be lasting. The energy, passion, and creativity of the largest Campaign Committee to date translated into outstanding results - driven by our collective commitment and a perfect 100% class participation. We are truly proud that these efforts will open doors for yet another INSEADer - a future changemaker. Together, we achieve! I truly mean it."
We are proud to say that our 30-year class reunion was the most successful ever. Serge and I, as Fund Co-Chairs, had a good working relationship which was important because it was quite a long campaign. We also received invaluable help from fund committee members and friends for individual outreach. We were able to leverage the fact that a reunion is an amazing experience and because your classmate is giving, you want to give too. Everyone can find something within the INSEAD universe that is a reason to make a gift."
It has been super rewarding for me, and for everyone in our class, to have the opportunity to support future INSEADers through the creation of an endowed scholarship focused on diversity. In the countdown to the reunion in Fonty, we shared the total contributions made by each of our original MBA'05J sections, which generated a lot of engagement, and a healthy sense of competition for a good cause. The response really exceeded our expectations, and the whole class quickly moved past competitiveness to a sense of shared ambition: coming together as friends to make a real difference for the next generation of students."
Like many donors, I truly treasure the learning, the connections and the friendships made during the programme. But an INSEAD MBA has value thereafter, throughout the participants' careers, and that value rises as the school does well. I want to ensure the school continues to attract the best students, supports a world-class faculty to enable industry-leading research and stays high in the rankings. This requires resources and long-term planning, both of which can benefit from legacy giving."
None of the women in my family had pursued ambitious careers, higher education, or travelled abroad alone. I'm deeply grateful to INSEAD and to the donors whose generosity made this journey possible. I would not have been able to attend the school of my dreams — INSEAD — without the generous scholarship support I received. I am deeply grateful for INSEAD and the donors whose generosity helped me rewrite what's possible for women like me."
It's truly my honour to donate this research fund to our beloved school. Technology evolves so fast, which requires academic observation and guidance to help the real world, on how to leverage this to do good for our business and society. I believe our school's unique global perspective and business point of view can take the lead on this for the world, and I am honoured to be part of this initiative to make it happen."
