Our Career Development team is dedicated to Executive MBA careers and addresses both your “internal-career” needs (making the most of your career within your present organisation) and your “external-career” needs (making a change outside your organisation). These key findings of our EMBA’23 graduates highlights the impact the INSEAD Executive MBA and dedicated career development curriculum have on maximising candidates desired career outcomes, from growth within a current organisation, exploring new career paths, and embarking on new ventures.
