These key findings of our EMBA’24 graduates highlights the impact the INSEAD Executive MBA and dedicated career development curriculum have on maximising candidates desired career outcomes, from growth within a current organisation, exploring new career paths, and embarking on new ventures.
Most executives used their EMBA to accelerate into more senior leadership roles, while many pursued new opportunities across functions, industries or countries. Entrepreneurial ambition also remains strong, with graduates launching or returning to their own ventures.
