We share our latest findings to help you understand the potential career outlooks of INSEAD Executive MBA graduates, 18 months post-graduation. These key findings of our EMBA’24 graduates highlights the impact the INSEAD Executive MBA and dedicated career development curriculum have on maximising candidates desired career outcomes, from growth within a current organisation, exploring new career paths, and embarking on new ventures.
There is a significant upward shift in seniority after INSEAD Executive MBA, with a notable increase in graduates progressing into C-suite roles. Many pursued new opportunities across functions, industries, or countries. More graduates joined the Financial Services and Consulting sectors post-graduation, while nearly two-thirds remained in the Corporate sector. The proportion of entrepreneurs doubled over the course of the programme, with graduates launching or returning to their own ventures.
