Admission Criteria
All applications go through rigorous selection process by our Admissions Team, which involves 5 stages and up to 7 weeks from the date of application submission. Essential criteria include academic background such as GMAT/GMAT Focus/GRE, motivation to develop international outlook and adapt to multicultural environment, among other factors.

Topic: Organizations in the Age of Algorithms
Synopsis: Professor Phanish will present and discuss his forthcoming book “Re-Humanize: Keeping organizations human centric in the age of algorithms” (Penguin, Fall 2024). Organizations are a means to help us accomplish collectively what we cannot individually. But they are also social contexts that are the natural habitat for homo sapiens. Prof. Phanish argues that advances in algorithmic technologies, particularly AI, can alter the balance between these two roles of organizations in our societies. He proposes that we can preserve the balance by thinking carefully about how to absorb algorithmic technologies into our organization designs
