Thinkers50, widely regarded as the “Oscars of Management Thinking”, is held biennially to recognise eminent management thinkers for their illustrious achievements in global thought leadership.

W. Chan Kim, INSEAD Professor of Strategy and International Management, and Renée Mauborgne, INSEAD Distinguished Fellow of Strategy and International Management are jointly placed third on the Thinkers50 list for 2021. 



Erin Meyer

Erin Meyer, INSEAD Senior Affiliate Professor of Organisational Behaviour, received the Talent Award with Reed Hastings in 2021, having ranked 32nd in the Thinkers50 list in 2019.

Gianpiero Petriglieri

Gianpiero Petriglieri, INSEAD Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour, was ranked 37th in the 2019 Thinkers50 list.



The Case Centre’s Awards and Competitions celebrate worldwide excellence in case writing and teaching at business schools around the world and are considered the case method community's annual 'Oscars'.

INSEAD has won the Marketing category for a record ten times since the launch of the Awards. In the latest awards, in February 2023, two INSEAD professors and one of its alumna were recognised in the Marketing category.

Case Centre Awards 2023


The winning case, “Lemonade: Delighting Insurance Customers with AI and Behavioural Economics: A Disruptive InsurTech Business Model for Outstanding Customer Experience and Cost-effective Service Excellence”, is written by Wolfgang Ulaga, Professor of Management Practice, Ziv Carmon, the INSEAD Alfred H. Heineken Chaired Professor of Marketing, and Laura Heely, an INSEAD MBA’17J alumna.
