Founded in 2018 through the generous gift of André Hoffmann MBA'90D and Rosalie Hoffmann, the Institute brings together faculty, students, alumni, and partners committed to making business a force for good.

The INSEAD Hoffmann Grants Programme (IHGP)
INSEAD Hoffmann Grants Programme is the flagship research funding initiative of the INSEAD Hoffmann Institute. Its purpose is to stimulate, support, and accelerate faculty-led research that advances the understanding of how business can simultaneously create economic value and contribute positively to society and the planet.

From Research to the Classroom
INSEAD Hoffmann Institute flagship course
The Ultimate Disruption
Sustainability as the defining business disruption of our era. A five-session course examining how climate, resource constraints and stakeholder demands are reshaping strategy, operations and finance — and what leaders can do about it. The course combines short instructor-led video segments, embedded live case simulations, knowledge checks, and AI-coached reflection to give participants both the analytical tools and the experiential grounding to lead a business sustainability transformation — not simply advise on one.
