“My INSEAD scholarship didn’t just fund my education. It also lifted a lifelong burden from my family, opened doors I never thought possible, and gave me the courage and freedom to dream bigger.”
As a child actress in India, Ridhi Arora MBA'26J (pictured above) had to balance school and work while facing financial hardship—experiences that shaped her values and instilled a deep appreciation for education. It was during college that she discovered a passion for finance and strategy. Today, thanks to the scholarship she received, Ridhi is pursuing her MBA at INSEAD and is deeply committed to helping underprivileged girls access the education they deserve.
By funding transformative scholarships, advancing breakthrough research, and investing in world-class faculty, donors make a difference for every INSEAD student and around the world. Our school is stronger today because your generosity truly makes an impact.
INSEAD Fund
Shaping INSEAD’s future together
The INSEAD Fund, the school’s annual fund, engages alumni in shaping INSEAD’s future. In 2024-25, donors directed their annual gifts mainly to scholarships, the Dean’s Fund, and research. This collective generosity strengthens student support and academic excellence – the pillars that distinguish INSEAD. Equally important, annual giving through the Dean’s Fund provides the financial flexibility to move our school forward and continue developing leaders who transform business and society.
This year, we reached a record milestone with 5,824 donors. This remarkable growth demonstrates that more and more members of our community value INSEAD’s impact and believe in its potential. Among these donors, 1,554 have given loyally for three or more consecutive years. The €5.2 million raised includes gifts from alumni who mobilised for Giving Day, students taking part in Robin Hood campaigns, and alumni celebrating their INSEAD connections during their class reunions.
We extend heartfelt thanks to our donors, to the dedicated volunteers who engaged their peers in annual giving, and to everyone in the alumni community who made this year’s INSEAD Fund results possible.
Scholarships
Changing Lives, Developing Leaders
Too many aspiring leaders are facing daunting challenges to fund an INSEAD degree. The impacts of global conflict and inflation on economies around the world make scholarships more important than ever in sustaining a community of excellence.
Support for scholarships is a direct way to shape the future of INSEAD. Through their generosity, donors help ensure that each class unites students of diverse nationalities, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds in an environment designed to develop leaders. In 2024/2025, scholarships eased the financial burden for 41 percent of INSEAD students, opening doors to talented individuals who share our vision of a more equitable, peaceful, and prosperous world.
Dean's Fund
Investing in Flexibility and Resilience
Fulfilling INSEAD’s mission to develop responsible leaders requires adaptability in a rapidly changing world. Unrestricted gifts to the Dean’s Fund provide the flexibility to respond to emerging challenges and seize new opportunities, ensuring that INSEAD continues to lead with purpose and impact.
Scholarships for MBA and MIM students remained a key priority for the Dean’s Fund, helping deserving candidates access an INSEAD education. Donor gifts also supported faculty and research addressing issues of critical importance to global leaders and businesses.
Research
New Knowledge and Solutions for a Better World
Rigorous and ground-breaking, INSEAD’s faculty research generates new knowledge and solutions that contribute to a better world. This impact - on leaders, business, and society - is made possible by generous donors who invest in research as a catalyst for positive change.
From sustainability and entrepreneurship to AI, healthcare, and gender equity, INSEAD research tackles the most pressing global challenges. One example is the Negotiation and Conflict Management Collaborative (NCMC), which brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to promote constructive dialogue and sustainable conflict resolution and negotiation in an increasingly polarised world.
Through research, teaching, and outreach, NCMC helps leaders negotiate more effectively, foster collaboration, and achieve shared success across divides. As Professor Horacio Falcão says, “Donor support empowers us to expand our reach and strengthen our collective ability to turn conflict into cooperation, building a more peaceful and sustainable world.”
With donor support, INSEAD continues to advance rigorous research that bridges theory and practice, creating insights that drive positive change across sectors and societies.
