Leading People and Organisations through Strategic Change
The INSEAD Executive Master of Change (EMC) offers a distinctive and highly practical journey into the deep challenges organisations encounter when navigating change.
Organisations worldwide grapple with the intricate nature of change, driven by numerous forces and enveloped in uncertainty. Addressing these complexities requires approaches as sophisticated and adaptive as the challenges themselves.
INSEAD Executive Master of Change is intended for experienced leaders, consultants and coaches who wish to attain a more profound understanding of, and advanced skill level in, guiding change; A deeper understanding of guiding change within themselves and in-turn, be better equipped to understand the world and people around them to guide others through change.
Featuring a convenient modular schedule taking place over 18 months, the programme curriculum has been designed to cover a broad range of core topics and workshops that integrate deep insights on organisational and interpersonal dynamics with a range of psychological disciplines. In addition, 60 hours of “practicum” help participants apply what they learn in class to real-world situations.
The result at the end of the programme is an enhanced ability to navigate and drive organisational change and transformation and a refined strategic thinking that considers long-term organisational goals and a human-centred focus.

In times of crisis, when there is greater complexity and uncertainty, organisations frequently turn to autocratic forms of leadership. Over time, as organisations adapt to the crisis, success is attributed to the ‘strong leader’. Current research, conducted in Asia by Lee White and Michael Jarrett, offers an alternative perspective.
Join Lee White on the 13th of May at 11am CEST/5pm Singapore Standard Time for this webinar/masterclass to learn more about the hidden organisational process operating alongside formal leadership, that is instrumental in helping organisations to change and how INSEAD's Executive Master in Change can help develop the capacity to work with these unseen organisational dynamics.
