As I reflect on the past year, I continue to be inspired by the passion and engagement of our alumni community. Nearly 3,000 of you returned to our Europe and Asia Campuses for reunions, spanning graduates from five to sixty years ago across our MBA, Global Executive MBA and Tsinghua Executive MBA programmes. Even as major works are underway to reimagine our Europe Campus, these gatherings reminded us that INSEAD is defined not by its buildings, but by its people.
This bold transformation of the Europe Campus – modernising while honouring its heritage – is already taking shape. A highlight this year was the inauguration of the Octapharma Building (formerly Plessis Mornay), named in recognition of a €20M donation from the Octapharma Foundation, made possible through the generosity of Wolfgang Marguerre MBA’72. Their generosity, alongside other leadership gifts, ensures our historic home continues to evolve for future generations.

Another exciting development was the INSEAD AI Forums, held across all our campuses, which brought together thought leaders, faculty, and alumni to explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on business and society.
Beyond campus, I was delighted to welcome a record 1,232 participants to the Alumni Forum in Amsterdam, where I had the honour of meeting Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands. We also marked the fifth anniversary of our Americas location – the INSEAD San Francisco Hub for Business Innovation – celebrated alumni excellence worldwide, earned recognition by the Financial Times as the #1 European Business School, and saw unprecedented participation in Giving Day. Each milestone is a testament to the power of our community’s collective impact.
Thank you for your incredible engagement and support.
