The Forum opens at Shangri-La Singapore, bringing alumni together for a day of thought-provoking conversations on the forces shaping Asia and the choices ahead.

Set amidst 15 acres of lush tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore is an iconic five-star hotel located just minutes from the vibrant Orchard Road district. The hotel features 792 guest rooms and suites across three distinctive wings, complemented by extensive meeting and event facilities, offering a refined and comfortable setting for the Alumni Forum.

Lifelong Learning Festival | INSEAD Asia Campus

On Day 2, we return to INSEAD Asia Campus for a day of learning, exchange and connection, bringing the Forum's conversations into a more interactive setting.

The Asia Campus in Singapore has been a bridge between worlds since it opened in 2000. By expanding global business education into the region’s fast-moving markets, INSEAD became the first business school to run full campuses in both Europe and Asia.

Located in one-north, Singapore’s innovation district, INSEAD Asia Campus opens doors to regional business and talent to attend globally recognised executive education, master and executive master programmes in a leading business school. Now in its 25th year, it continues to inspire leadership and enterprise across Asia.

Ride sharing and public transportation

INSEAD aims to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, including Scope 3. We encourage you to support the school in this effort and use public transportation to get to the event. If you must travel by car, please consider carpooling.

The nearest MRT station to the campus is the One-North MRT station (on the Circle Line). Walking distance is approximately 2 minutes from Exit A.

Parking

Please note that there are very limited on-site parking facilities at our Asia Campus. You may like to park at the nearby Fusionopolis (parking fees apply), which is less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our venue and other logistics around the Forum requires to make financial commitments to the number of guests beforehand, INSEAD will apply the following refund policy to the Forum registration fees:

• 100% refund until 17 March 2027, inclusive
• No refund possible after 18 March 2027

NB: INSEAD reminds you that registration fees are transferable. You can transfer your ticket to a fellow alum by notifying us at [email protected]. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange for any eventual transfer of the fees paid.

The Shangri-La Singapore will be the official conference hotel and the main venue for the INSEAD Alumni Forum 2027. Set amidst 15 acres of tropical gardens, the hotel offers a tranquil setting close to Orchard Road, with a range of rooms and suites, restaurants, leisure facilities and dedicated event spaces.

Located in the heart of Orchard Road, JEN Singapore Orchardgateway offers contemporary accommodation with direct access to Singapore's vibrant shopping and dining district. The hotel features a rooftop infinity pool, fitness facilities and convenient access to public transport.

• Distance to Shangri-La Singapore (conference hotel): 3.5km, 8 to 10 mins drive under normal traffic conditions
• Distance to Campus: 8.5km, 12 to 16 mins drive under normal traffic conditions

Plan Your Stay
We recommend booking your accommodation early, particularly if you plan to stay at the conference hotel. Dedicated booking links and preferential rates for INSEAD Alumni Forum 2027 participants will be made available here once confirmed.

I understand that these images and recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these images or recordings. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for any use including but not limited to: livestreaming, online videos, presentations, media and social media, news (press), and INSEAD websites. By registering for this event, I and all members of my registration group accept to be photographed, filmed, and recorded during the event; acknowledge that these images and recordings may be used as noted above; and release any and all claims against INSEAD and its partners utilizing this material.
