Jonathan Yeo is an inclusive culture strategist, a talent development expert, a leadership coach and an inspiring speaker and facilitator.
Prior to founding The Potential Space, Jonathan worked for ten years at Apple, designing and delivering Inclusion and Diversity solutions, as well as leadership curricula and interpersonal skills development programs. He has experience across a wide range of industries including technology, education, marketing, arts and entertainment.
Jonathan has created and facilitated programs and learning experiences for high potential individual contributors, new managers, experienced leaders and mentor/mentee cohorts. He delivers topic-specific experiences that explore bias, identity and allyship, and regularly facilitates workshops focused on team building, communication and collaboration skills.
Jonathan holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney and recently completed his Executive Master in Change from INSEAD in France where his thesis explored the relationships between employee resource groups, individual identities and organizational culture.
