Jonathan Yeo is a talent development expert, an inclusive culture strategist, an executive coach, and an inspiring speaker and facilitator.
Prior to founding The Potential Space, Jonathan worked for ten years at Apple, designing and delivering programs for leadership development, communication skills, and building inclusive and high-functioning teams. He has experience across a wide range of industries including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, automotive, legal services, and entertainment.
Jonathan’s vision for The Potential Space is to provide tailored development solutions for organizations that address their unique needs and opportunities. This starts with genuine curiosity about how the organization works, what has made it successful, and where it wants to be in the future. Every workshop and learning experience is unique to the client and participants, and focuses on their real-world examples and experiences. Where models and principles are introduced, participants test their relevance through application to current challenges, and adapt them as needed.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD in France where his thesis explored the relationship between individual identities and organizational culture.
