Key learning concepts in the programme curriculum
Transform your leadership with The Leadership Transition curriculum. Through a blend of 360° assessments, dynamic case studies, experiential exercises with a diverse cohort, as well as self-assessment and group coaching, you will develop your leadership capacity and leave the programme with an effective executive transition plan. - are preparing to take on enhanced leadership responsibilities in their organisation
- are looking at transitioning from functional or operational roles into roles that are more strategic
- are fully committed to present and engaged throughout both modules. Modules are not interchangeable between sessions.
