With an AI and Robotics research background developed under an Academy of Sciences academician at Xi’an Jiaotong University and École Centrale Paris, she combines deep technical understanding with an INSEAD MBA and 15+ years of leadership across four continents.
As a former Regional GM for four listed firms (Nasdaq, Europe, Shanghai) and current Head of Strategy at Duxton Asset Management, she specialises in helping technology enterprises scale globally: navigating localisation, capital structuring, and compliance to build sustainable businesses.
As Co-President of the INSEAD Alumni Association Singapore, she serves a 4,000-strong alumni community across diverse backgrounds and cultures, actively connecting Asian capital and business opportunities with global markets.
