Lead Coach, INSEAD Executive Coach Centre
Els works as Lead Coach for the INSEAD Executive Coach Centre, since 2009. In this capacity, she is responsible for the Personal Leadership Development element in senior programmes, such as the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme (AMP). This programme brings together 80 C-suite leaders twice a year, from all over the world, for 4 consecutive weeks. And is considered one of INSEAD’s flagship programmes.
She is also founding Faculty, Coach and Supervisor on INSEAD’s Coaching Certificate program which was developed and launched in 2018.
Next to her involvement at INSEAD programmes, Els works with a variety of international clients on leadership development.

Agnieszka Zajac is a Partner and Head of the Odgers Berndtson’s Luxembourg office. With more than 15 years of executive search and talent management experiences, Agnieszka focuses on recruiting executive and non- executive professionals, for clients in the services, industry, finances and public sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in March 2018, Agnieszka spent 15 years working for local and international headhunting firms based in Luxembourg and in Brussels.

Jean Marc Magnaudet is currently President of Danone Specialised Nutrition and member of the Danone Executive Committee. He started his career in Procter and Gamble France serving various roles in Sales, Marketing Strategy and Planning, Customer Business Development, Country and Regional Management. In 2007 he joined Royal Numico as Vice President Global Sales. After the acquisition of Numico by Danone, he was appointed General Manager AMN Central Europe and became Vice President Asia Pacific, Easter Europe, Middle East & Africa in 2013.
