From IDP learning to boardroom practice

Participants reflect on which IDP ideas have truly taken hold over time, how they have been adapted in practice, and what has evolved since. The emphasis is on lived experience rather than theory.

The programme concludes with a forward-looking session in which participants commit to concrete actions they can take, individually and collectively, to strengthen governance practice within their organisations and beyond.
