Year of Entry: 2019
About Me
I am a PhD Candidate in the Strategy area at INSEAD. I am on the academic job market in 2024-2025.
My research explores how human capital and digital technologies can be useful in enabling collaboration within organizations, as an alternative to structures of authority. In my dissertation, I study the interplay of structure, human capital, and digital technologies in organizations, using quantitative methods applied to novel granular archival data on organization design. I also study the impact these dynamics have on performance, especially after key organizational events such as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Before my PhD, I was a consultant for six years supporting clients on M&A and Technology projects.
