Securing your place on the MBA programme

To secure your place at INSEAD we request that you make a first instalment of your tuition fees by the date* mentioned in your acceptance email.

Please complete and sign the Enrolment Form* relevant to your Class and Home Campus below. Your Home Campus and Class are specified in your acceptance email and letter.

If you do not agree to use electronic records and signatures, you can download the document and email your signed copy to your Admissions Officer. Please read the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason, within fourteen days of receipt of your first instalment payment by INSEAD. To exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-21, please notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous written declaration sent by email to your admissions officer.

About Note 12

MBA students, who will spend part or all of their programme on our Asia Campus in Singapore, are required to read and electronically sign Form 12 (found on my.insead.edu notifications). As this form may seem unclear, we have created this explanatory note for you to read before completing the form :

 

  1. INSEAD in Singapore is a Private Education Institution (PEI) governed by the Private Education Act (No.21 of 2009), Singapore. Under regulations established under the Private Education Act, in addition to entering into any "Student Contract", students have to acknowledge that they have read the Advisory Note in Form 12 (statutory document). This note seeks to explain various items referred to in Form 12.


  2. For the purposes of Form 12, all references to "PEI" are references to INSEAD.


  3. In relation to the "Student Contract", the contractual process in relation to your admission to the MBA Programme involves the submission of the MBA application form by you, the offer made by INSEAD to you (Acceptance Letter) and the submission of the signed First Instalment payment form by you.


  4. On the basis that candidates on our MBA Programme have to be fluent in Engilsh, the various documents relating to the contractual process are only provideed for in English.


  5. Information on the duration of the course, holidays, examinations schedules and contact hours are located on this website.


  6. Information on course fees, payment dates and the policy on refunds are located on this website.


  7. Information on academic and disciplinary matters and dispute resolution are located on this website.


  8. INSEAD is exempted from the Fee Protection Scheme. Accordingly, paragraph (e) of Form 12 is not applicable. 

*Once you click on the Enrolment Form link above you will be asked to provide an email address. DocuSign will then send you an email with an access code and a "resume signing" button to complete the signing. If you wish to complete the signing at a later time you will need to go back to the initial email sent from Docusign and resume signing there. Clicking on the link is restricted until you have signed the pending envelope.

Pay Your First Instalment via TransferMate

Once the Enrolment form is submitted, you can proceed with the first instalment payment to reserve your seat. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.

All tuition fee payments, starting with the first instalment, need to be made through TransferMate, INSEAD’s secure payment platform that simplifies the payment process for admitted students. To complete your payment, please follow these steps on the TransferMate platform: 

  1. Log in to the TransferMate platform using your INSEAD email address and password.
  2. If you are paying in a currency different programme from the programme fees, you will see the exchange rate of that day.
  3. Select the payment method available in your country. Options may include a bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other local payment methods.
  4. Once TransferMate receives your funds, they are immediately transferred to INSEAD.
