Mina Goranovic joined INSEAD as a Research Assistant in February 2026. She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from Universite Paris-Saclay.
Before joining INSEAD, Mina worked at Safran Electronics & Defense within the Operations Directorate, where she worked on data-driven approaches to support operational performance on factory-level. She subsequently joined the commercial division of a consulting firm specializing in Data and AI, contributing to projects at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and business application in different industries.
At INSEAD, Mina is currently working on optimization frameworks for airline revenue management under carbon constraints. She is under supervision of Professors Atalay ATASU, Florin CIOCAN and Antoine DESIR. Mina’s research interests lie in leveraging optimization and AI tools to address large-scale operational challenges.
