Advisory Council

The INSEAD ETA Conference programme is shaped by a curated group of experienced search fund practitioners and investors, led by Professor Ivana Naumovska, whose academic leadership anchors the initiative within INSEAD's broader Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition ecosystem.

While the composition of the advisory council may evolve across conference editions, it includes seasoned ETA practitioners such as Pawel Malon, Kieron Chalder, Niel Wyma, and Simón Bores — each bringing hands-on experience across the full search fund lifecycle.

The result is a programme that speaks directly to participants at every stage: whether taking their first steps into the ecosystem, or professionals looking to deepen expertise, expand their networks, and sharpen their thinking.
