It starts with recognising one’s inherent strength and acknowledging that it is already present within oneself.

I wanted to connect with new minds, and with minds outside of the ‘safe space’ of my own industry to challenge my thinking. And I wanted to do this in a way that was quick but intensive and really transformative.

It helped to affirm our decision to hire, for example, a data science person into our core team, because that was a complementary skillset that we did not have, and which would be beneficial to our overall business strategy as well.

You fully expect INSEAD to deliver the knowledge and the tools that you need. What is just fantastic though, is the access you have to faculty who are world class.
