Senior Coordinator for Strategic Foresight- Office of the Secretary-General at OECD
Naoko Kawaguchi is Senior Coordinator for Strategic Foresight at the OECD.
She previously served as Advisor to the Secretary-General on global governance (G20, G7), gender equality & diversity, engagement with the Asia-Pacific and partnership with the European Commission. She also headed the OECD Tokyo Centre to help strengthen engagement with the region. As a historian trained in Edinburgh and Cambridge, she started her career in the foreign service before joining the OECD.
