She began her international career as Global Workplace Experience Manager at Frontiers Media, a rapidly scaling scientific publisher based in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she cultivated a strong commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
Currently, she serves as Global Facility Manager at On, the fastest-growing athletic brand in the market. In this role, she oversees the company’s global real estate portfolio—including retail stores, corporate offices, gyms, and training camps—ensuring premium standards in daily operations while leading the development of On’s future facility management strategy.
