Biography

Anik Bose is a seasoned technology investor, corporate strategist, and thought leader with more than two decades of experience spanning venture capital, enterprise transformation, and emerging technologies. He currently serves as a Managing Partner at BGV, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in AI-native companies since 2018. His investments include Fiddler AI, Workhelix, Pay-i, Constella Intelligence, and Webscale Networks.

Anik is also the founder of the Ethical AI Governance Group (EAIGG), a global nonprofit community of more than 5,500 AI practitioners dedicated to democratizing responsible AI innovation and deployment. Under his leadership, EAIGG has evolved from its early focus on foundational AI governance to helping organizations navigate the practical challenges of actionable AI deployment.

He also leads EAIGG’s advisory body, the Human AI Council, a multidisciplinary group of more than 20 enterprise executives, AI-native founders, investors, academics, and thought leaders. The Council explores how organizations can harness AI's transformative potential while keeping human agency, accountability, and responsible innovation at the center.

Anik is the author of the AI-Native Playbook for Startup Founders, a practical framework for building and scaling companies designed around AI from inception. Together with economist and AI strategist Anna Felländer, he is co-authoring Enterprise 5.0, a forthcoming book that provides a blueprint for redesigning the enterprise around intelligence as a new factor of production—alongside labor, capital, and information. The book explores how intelligence is reshaping business models, organizational structures, economics, and the relationship between humans and increasingly autonomous digital systems.

Anik holds an MBA from Boston College and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi. Based in California, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and studying ancient wisdom traditions. Across his career, his work has been guided by a consistent theme: connecting technological innovation, human-centered leadership, and strategic collaboration to help shape the next generation of intelligent enterprises.
