Yiftach joined INSEAD as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Gender Initiative of the Organizational Behavior area in August 2025. He earned a Ph.D. in Organizations and Management from Yale University and a dual BA in Economics and Sociology from Columbia university.
Before joining INSEAD, Yiftach conducted research on networks, inequality, and performance, with projects examining how social similarity and difference shape relationships, mentorship, and resource sharing in professional service contexts.
At INSEAD, Yiftach is working on research exploring how diversity and identity affect collaboration, career outcomes, and organizational performance. His research interests include social networks, inequality, organizational theory, and the dynamics of professional labor markets.
