Kexin joined INSEAD as a Pre-Doctoral Researcher in the Strategy area in November 2024. He holds a MPhil in Economics from Sciences Po Paris (France) and a BA in Economics from Waseda University (Japan). His research interests include labor economics, human capital management, and organizational design.
Before joining INSEAD, Kexin CHEN held multiple research assistant positions. At the Paris School of Economics, he contributed to a project on France's urbanization history. At the People’s Bank of China (Central Bank), he assisted in studies on LPR Pricing mechanisms and trade conflicts. Additionally, he gained experience at Mizuho Bank and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, focusing on macroeconomic analysis, financial markets, and M&A projects.
