Introduction
Our INSEAD online programmes combine a number of learning elements to create a blanced blend of learning, interactions and application in your learning journey. The platform allows particiapnts to learn at their own pace during each week, by watching the video lectures, completing assignments and engaging in discussions.
Please note: For certain segments of this programme, you will engage with AI-powered tools designed to enhance your learning experience, enabling more practical, personalised, and immersive exploration of the concepts covered. The use of AI-powered tools is completely optional and is not required to complete the programme or assignments.
Important: AI tools can make mistakes and be inaccurate. Please fact-check outputs and ensure that any information you disclose complies with applicable confidentiality obligations and your organisation’s policies.
The INSEAD Lead the Future is a rigorous programme that requires active participation and commitment. It is delivered over 12 months to complete the programme. Each week of content follows a very clear path to facilitate learning for busy executives.
All the requirements listed below must be fulfilled to complete the programme and obtain certification:
- Complete at least 90% of the in-platform learning activities for each Core Module and Elective.
- Submit at least 3 weekly ALP assignments per core module and one reflection per elective.
- Attend all 3 live virtual sessions of the Effective Decision-Making for Leaders.
- Submit the Core Project in a timely manner and receive a passing grade.
- Attend the half-day live virtual Core Project Seminar.
- Attend the 3-day Capstone and Graduation in the Fontainebleau campus in France.
After successfully completing the requirements of the programme, you will receive the INSEAD Lead the Future Certificate of Completion. You will receive both an online version, which you can share on your Linkedin profile, and a printed copy. Below is a sample certificate.
In addition, you will also receive lifelong INSEAD Affiliate status and will be a part of an ongoing learning community, details of which will be shared at the end of the programme.
