Overview
INSEAD is all about diversity. The global INSEAD community is a unique blend of all nationalities, cultures, backgrounds, languages, religions and genders. Our goal is to provide opportunities for all, including those from the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities. We are proud to offer an INSEAD Reaching Out LGBT MBA Fellowship to encourage and help LGBT students to attend the INSEAD MBA programme.
This is a competitive fellowship. In addition to a strong academic and professional background, applicants must demonstrate their capacity to be a leader for the LBGT community at INSEAD. We expect the fellowship holder to contribute actively to campus life, to the INSEAD blog and especially to lead initiatives that benefit the LGBT community. Fellows will also be encouraged to contribute to the INSEAD blog.
INSEAD is a part of the Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship scheme and INSEAD LGBT Fellows will have access to the wider ROMBA community and opportunities: Reaching Out MBA Fellowship.
Applications for this scholarship are opened for Rounds 1 and 2. All applications will be reviewed right after the deadline.

Eligibility
Eligibility
We are looking for leaders who will help INSEAD welcome and celebrate its LGBT community. Candidates should demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities in one or more of the following ways: academic leadership, team leadership, community leadership. Only candidates who have been admitted to the MBA Programme or invited to the admission interviews will be considered. Two awards will be made in each class.

Essay Topic
1) Why are you interested in applying for the INSEAD ROMBA Fellowship? How have you contributed to LGBT causes and impacted the LGBT community? As an active LGBT member of the INSEAD business community, what would you suggest to promote diversity and inclusion on and off campus? (300 words for all the questions)
2) Provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for your year at INSEAD. (Approximately 150-200 words)
