Women executives rarely have an opportunity to come together and share their leadership experiences in a learning environment that has direct relevance and personal impact. INSEAD’s Women Leaders Programme is designed to create just this environment, while providing leadership training for female executives. It addresses leadership issues that affect all executives, in a forum that hones in on the unique challenges women encounter.

In this infosession, we will be joined by a recent participant, Merve Kucuker. She will share more insights about her experience on this programme, and the learnings which have helped her in her organisation since. Hearing directly from those who have completed the journey often brings the value of a programme to life.
