Merve Kucuker is the founder of Casadora Baby, a premium baby textile brand based in Turkey, and a fourth-generation leader in her family’s textile manufacturing business. She began her career at Unilever, where she gained valuable corporate experience before transitioning into entrepreneurship. Today, she combines her background in global brand management with hands-on leadership in production and design.
