Our global faculty design Customised Programmes in partnership with our clients. Each is tailored to meet the organisation’s objectives and develop selected management tiers via specialised content and varied teaching methods.
INSEAD's portfolio of over 40 Open Enrolment Programmes for individual executives covers all disciplines, as well as specific industries and regions.
Programmes delivered with our Partner Johnson & Johnson include:
Executive MBA
The Middle East section of the INSEAD Global Executive MBA programme starts in Abu Dhabi every October. For the second half of the programme, it merges with the other sections from France and Singapore (the admission process is common to all sections). Modules are held on all three campuses, and all participants graduate together in December of the following year.
Each class has an unparalleled diversity of nationalities and business backgrounds, enabling participants to learn from each other and build a close-knit yet globally distributed network. Another unique feature is the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) which includes a programme-long schedule of group coaching, 360-degree assessments and team activities, designed to develop a personally authentic leadership style.
MBA
Students enrolled in the MBA programme who graduate in July can apply to spend a residential period in Abu Dhabi on the INSEAD Middle East Campus in January and February.
The course is designed for students who want to gain insight into the economy and culture of the Middle East region. Key course elements include:
- Doing Business in the Middle East (DBiME), exposing participants to key sectors and senior insiders in the region.
- Active Learning Course (ALC) giving students the opportunity to take on actual projects for companies in the UAE.
- Negotiations Elective with Horacio Falcao, Senior Affiliate Professor of Decision Sciences at INSEAD.
