Associate Professor of Strategy, CEIBS
Dr. Weiru Chen is an Associate Professor of Strategy at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, Professor Chen taught at INSEAD in France and Singapore. Prof. Chen’s focus is on innovation strategy and organisational transformation. His work has been published in many of the world’s leading academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organisation Science, and Research Policy.
