Martin Roll is the founder and CEO of Martin Roll Company, and brings with him more than 25 years of board and C-suite counselling experience. He is an advisor to several global boards and prominent business families, and a mentor for next-generation leaders in business families, start-ups and high-growth companies.

He is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company focusing on global family business & family office topics.

He is very experienced in engaging and advising clients at all management levels from business owners and C-suite leaders to functional staff across multiple industries and cultures. Martin Roll is an experienced keynote speaker, conference moderator and executive workshop facilitator.

Martin Roll is faculty and keynote speaker at The Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) - a student-run organization of Harvard University. He is a member of the HPAIR Board of Advisors.
