Tomorrow’s Leaders Programme: Young Alumni Named Scholarships

Scholarships keep INSEAD competitive, advance our mission and expand our diversity. They enable the world’s most talented students to choose INSEAD and enhance the school’s dynamic learning environment. And, donor support – including from our youngest alumni – is helping to make this possible.

Over the past few years, a growing number of young donors – those who graduated within the past 15 years – have launched their philanthropic journey as scholarship donors through the Tomorrow’s Leaders Programme (TLP).

Through the TLP, donors have a direct impact on the lives of INSEAD students by establishing a named scholarship at a lower gift threshold. Some alumni who have created TLP scholarships have honoured family members, friends and mentors with their gifts, while others have recognised their own special connection to the school with the new fund.

What these young scholarship donors have in common is a desire to ensure that the INSEAD experience is available to future students.

Enhancing a culture of diversity

Also shared among TLP donors is a deep commitment to INSEAD’s founding value of diversity. TLP scholarships allow talented individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds to come to INSEAD, regardless of their financial circumstances. As TLP donors, young alumni have the power to help students thrive in a diverse environment – making learning at INSEAD a unique, enriching experience for all.

So far, 19 young donors have already impacted the lives of 24 TLP scholars. This impact will no doubt multiply into the future as the scholarship recipients leave INSEAD as business leaders and entrepreneurs who champion business as a Force for Good.
