Simonne joined INSEAD as a Pre-doctoral Research Associate in April of 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology and Innovation from National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from VTU, India.
Before joining INSEAD, Simonne worked as a Research Assistant at NUS Business School, where she contributed to research in strategy, with a particular focus on sustainability. She also has prior work experience as a Software Engineer.
At INSEAD, Simonne works closely with Professor Hyunjin Kim and Professor Victoria Sevcenko on several projects ranging from field experiments to the development of instruments to analyze firm behaviour. Her research interests include sustainability and organizational strategy, particularly on how for-profit, non-profit, and hybrid organizations drive social impact.
