Rishita joined INSEAD as a Predoctoral Researcher in the Strategy department in September, 2026. She holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Manipal University Jaipur.
Before joining INSEAD, Rishita worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Research Assistant at the University of Warwick.
At INSEAD, Rishita is currently working with Professors Ithai Stern, Victoria Sevcenko, and Aldona Kapacinskaite. Her research interests include firm behaviour, AI and automation, development economics, organisational psychology and labour economics.
