Minji joined INSEAD as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Ethics & Social Responsibility Initiative in August 2025. She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Before joining INSEAD, Minji was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Georgetown University’s Kennedy Institute of Ethics and Fritz Postdoctoral Fellow at Tech & Society Initiative.
At INSEAD, Minji is collaborating with Professor N. Craig Smith on AI and business ethics. Minji’s research interests include normative and applied ethics, moral psychology, and philosophy of AI.
