Kaushik Bagchi joined INSEAD in September 2026 as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow in the Strategy area. He holds a PhD in Management Science from ESADE Business School, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur, and a BS in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
At INSEAD, Kaushik works with Professor Michaël Bikard on their EU-funded "Crisis-to-Creation" project exploring how crises redirect science and technology, impact scientists' career opportunities, and shift the competitive dynamics between start-ups and established firms. More broadly, his research focuses on aligning innovation strategy with evolving social and business needs.
