Ufuk completed his undergraduate studies at Bogazici University in 2021. He subsequently joined Procter & Gamble, where he held positions as a Production Line Manager and Supply Chain Synchronisation Leader. After gaining two years of experience in manufacturing processes, leadership, production planning and supply chain management, he joined INSEAD as a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate. Within the Sustainable Business Initiative under the Technology and Operations Management department, he conducted empirical research by applying econometric modelling in supply chain sustainability.
