Before joining INSEAD, Soyeon earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Korea University, with a concentration in management. Her master’s thesis explored the signalling effect of risk information disclosure to potential investors on crowdfunding platforms. Her research interests lie in resource mobilisation strategies for early-stage ventures and decision-making under uncertainty across various entrepreneurial stages.
