Shruti brings over a decade of professional experience. She began her career in systems engineering at Infosys, where she managed development and support projects for global banking clients. She then transitioned into sales operations and strategy at HCL Technologies, where she led go-to-market initiatives, client roadmaps, and cross functional collaboration across financial services accounts. Her work contributed to measurable improvements in margin, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Currently an MBA candidate at USC Marshall, she also serves as a Teaching Assistant for core finance and accounting courses, including Business Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, and Corporate Finance, supporting both MBA and MS Finance cohorts. Her research interests include the quality of financial and ESG disclosures and how these influence corporate financial decision-making and stakeholder behaviour.
