Mr. Jean-Marc Le Roux appointed to the Board of Directors of the 'Fondation INSEAD'
INSEAD, one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Marc Le Roux to the Board of Directors of the 'Fondation INSEAD'. Mr. Le Roux, who himself graduated from INSEAD in 1995, is currently a partner in Bain & Company.

His investment expertise and previous experience of higher education foundations will be valuable skills in his new role as member of the Board of Directors of the 'Fondation INSEAD' I am sure that Jean-Marc will make a significant contribution to the Board of Directors of the 'Fondation INSEAD'.”
Jean-Marc Le Roux is a partner in Bain & Company. He joined the Paris office in 1995, and was Managing Director there from 2008 to the end of 2013. He has been in charge of the Private Equity team since March 2014. Over the past 12 years, he has worked with French, European and global private equity funds, advising them on issues relating to fund organisation and strategy, transactions (sourcing, audits and due diligence) and portfolio analysis (post-acquisition projects). Jean-Marc Le Roux also has over 20 years' experience in the technology, media, finance and services sectors in Europe and North America. Before joining Bain & Company, Jean-Marc worked as an engineer for IBM in Europe and North America, where he ran the CASE Software Lab. Jean-Marc Le Roux is a graduate of the 'Ecole Polytechnique' and INSEAD.
Mr. Jean-Marc Le Roux commented his appointment to the Board of Directors of the 'Fondation INSEAD': “The mission of the 'Fondation INSEAD' is to support the school, both by advancing management research and by allowing a diverse body of students to benefit from scholarships. I am delighted to be able to share not only my investment knowledge but also my experience of working with higher education foundations, and therefore support an initiative that is close to my heart. The Foundation receives donations mainly from alumni individual donors and organisations in France. Funds are also received from other foundations in countries where a highlyactive INSEAD network exists.”
INSEAD and Bain & Company have been partners on various levels since 1981 and have had close ties for almost 30 years. Bain & Company is the third largest recruiter of INSEAD graduates and has always been present at recruitment fairs held on the campus.
