INSEAD to host 9th annual INSEAD private equity conference

INSEAD, the international business school, will host the 2011 INSEAD Private Equity Conference on 20 May 2011 at its campus in Fontainebleau, France. In its ninth year, the conference is one of Europe’s largest student-organised private equity forums focused on the latest industry developments.

Sponsored by The Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Alpinvest and FactSet, the conference will deliver a full-day programme beginning with a keynote presentation from Stephen A. Schwarzman, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Blackstone Group. Panel sessions will be held throughout the day addressing topics such as Leveraged Buyouts (LBO), venture capital and entrepreneurship, distressed investments, growth equity, limited partners/fundraising, emerging markets and careers in private equity.
