Bansi Nagji MBA’93J and Luis Freitas de Oliveira MBA’93D have been appointed to the INSEAD Board of Directors, effective May 2024.
Bansi Nagji MBA’93J is an experienced senior healthcare executive and Board member, with deep leadership experience at multiple global organisations. He is currently Executive Chair at PANTHERx Rare, one of the leading rare drug specialty pharmacies in the US, where he leads the Board and oversees the company’s ongoing strategic development and growth.
In addition to his INSEAD MBA, Bansi has Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Cambridge University. He has been a consistent supporter of INSEAD since attending the school, including as a Board member of the Campaign Board for INSEAD for five years and as a founding donor of the INSEAD San Francisco Hub for Business Innovation. He is a dual British and American national and resides in San Francisco.
Until recently, Bansi was President of Healthcare at GoodRx, a high-growth leading digital platform for consumer healthcare, where he remains a Senior Advisor. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for McKesson Corporation, ranked ninth on the Fortune 100. Prior to that, Bansi ran Monitor Group, a premier global strategy consulting firm, where he led the merger of Monitor with Deloitte in 2013 and oversaw the global integration of the two firms. He went on to lead Monitor Deloitte, the global strategy consulting practice for Deloitte Consulting.
Bansi has extensive public and private company board experience. In addition to his current board role, he was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Change Healthcare, Inc from 2017 to 2022. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Deloitte LLP, Parata Systems and Market Force Information.

Luis Freitas de Oliveira MBA’93D has 35 years of investment industry experience. He is currently Partner at Capital Group, one of the world's oldest and most successful investment management organisations.
Luis has held a wide range of investment and leadership responsibilities over his 30-year career with Capital Group. Besides his investment role, he currently serves as Chair of Capital Group’s Luxembourg Funds and of its Swiss subsidiary.
Luis was born and raised in Brazil, where he graduated with a degree in economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1988. After a few years in corporate and investment banking with Citibank N.A. in Latin America, he attended the INSEAD MBA programme on the Europe Campus, graduating in 1993.
Luis lives in Geneva, Switzerland, with his wife, Angela. Besides their long-term support of INSEAD, Luis and Angela are committed to Geneva’s cultural institutions and to human rights causes.
