INSEAD and FWD Group today announced an extended four-year partnership to provide world-class leadership development opportunities to its top agency leaders.
An industry-first when it was introduced in 2019, the FWD Elite Signature at INSEAD programme has already provided 100 FWD agency leaders with world-class professional development. The programme is expected to reach another 100 agency leaders from Cambodia, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Macau SAR, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam in this next phase.

A highlight of the programme is a five-day residential session at INSEAD Europe Campus in Fontainebleau (France). The on-campus training includes interactive sessions on leadership and entrepreneurship, business planning, sales management systems and processes as well as emerging developments in artificial intelligence.
After the residential programme, participants will receive six months of coaching as well as ongoing access to an alumni network offering masterclasses and events.
