Contribution establishes the INSEAD Euronext Endowed Scholarship for Women, empowering talented women from diverse and underprivileged backgrounds.
Fontainebleau, France, 13 November 2025 – INSEAD, The Business School for the World, announces a €1 million contribution from Euronext to establish the INSEAD Euronext Endowed Scholarship for Women. The fund will expand access to the MBA programme for talented women from underprivileged backgrounds, with preference given to candidates from countries where Euronext operates and particular consideration for first-generation European students.
“I warmly thank Euronext and the Euronext Foundation for their generosity,” said Mark Stabile, Dean of Degree Programmes and Dean of Europe Campus. “Scholarships are vital to expanding opportunity and shaping diverse cohorts. Today, women represent 42% of our MBA class, and we have great ambitions to empower women and move closer to gender parity across the MBA and all of our degree programmes. This new endowed fund will help accelerate that journey, opening doors for talented and resilient women who will go on to lead with impact.”
“This initiative reflects our long-standing commitment to gender-equality and diversity,” noted Piero Novelli, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Euronext. “Diversity is part of our ethos and in our federal model, and we strive to create a more gender-equal world. We are proud to partner with INSEAD to support the next generation of women leaders who will make a lasting impact in business and society.”
“Empowering women through education is central to building a fairer and more resilient future,” stated Stéphane Boujnah MBA’90D, CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of Euronext. “As an INSEAD alumnus, I know the value of this education in shaping responsible leaders with a global outlook. The scholarship provides access to the INSEAD MBA for women who have demonstrated determination, leadership and academic strength in the face of adversity. I would like to thank Piero Novelli, Chairman of the Euronext Supervisory Board, for his determination, vision and personal commitment to this important initiative.”
Announced during Euronext Sustainability Week 2025, the initiative is offered through the Euronext Foundation, which channels the company’s philanthropic and educational initiatives to empower young people, promote sustainability and strengthen local communities. It affirms the shared belief of both institutions that investing in women’s education drives meaningful and lasting global change.
