INSEAD MBA Scholarships 

INSEAD is committed to building a diverse class and making the programme accessible to candidates from all backgrounds. We back that commitment with real investment. Over the last three years, we have doubled our scholarship funds, enabling us to offer higher grants to more participants. 

With over 170 scholarship funds available across our Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses, there are meaningful options for candidates applying in any round. 

Three types of scholarships are available:

  • Need-based scholarships are awarded to candidates who demonstrate financial need as part of their application.
  • Merit-based scholarships recognise exceptional candidates based on criteria including country of origin, professional background and leadership potential.
  • Spot scholarships are awarded directly to candidates with outstanding admissions profiles, without the need for a separate application.

How to apply for an INSEAD MBA scholarship

  1. Step 1

    Submit your MBA application

    Submit your INSEAD MBA application through the Application Online platform. You will use the same platform to apply for scholarships once the scholarship form opens.

  2. Step 2

    Apply for scholarships

    Once you have submitted your MBA application, the scholarship form will become available in Application Online. Check the Financial Aid Calendar to see when scholarship applications close for your round.

    You may apply for up to four scholarships. Complete the required fields and submit your scholarship application.

  3. Step 3

    Review and decision

    Scholarship applications are reviewed based on merit, financial need and eligibility criteria specific to each scholarship.

    Check the Financial Aid Calendar for scholarship decision dates for your round. Please note that some scholarships may have different notification dates.
